Shiva is a young 10 year old girl with white neck length hair and black round eyes. She is almost always seen wearing a white button up dress with black boots. She is a human that was found in the Outside by Auntie before the start of the series. She was thought to be cursed and was to be executed, but was left abandoned with a note and was found by Teacher. She was later touched by an outsider but is unique, because even though she is cursed, she isn't becoming an Outsider.
