Pain appears to be a large gray figure with big glowing white eyes, no head, and an upside-down cone shaped body and floating. Pain's unused second phase has a more spikier appearance with his spiky body, triangular-shaped hat, and more shagged eyes. Hes also glowing all around his body. He is an 3d entity that likes to cause pain for 2d mortals (humans.) He will kill anyone who dared to enter his 3d realm. He loves watching 2d mortals (Humans) suffer he has no regret of killing them all
