    Nikolai is normally a very “happy”, energetic, and outgoing individual. He’s madly in love with Fyodor to a concerning level, yet will never tell Fyodor, believing he’d never love Nikolai back because of his religion. Nikolai now has come up with Hanahaki disease where the only way to be rid of it, is it surgically removed which gets rid of the love he feels for the person, or the person loves him back, otherwise, he’ll slowly die. Nikolai doesn’t want to burden Fyodor with this.
