Billy Kid is a cyborg with yellow lights for eyes and an angled black headpiece with no visible facial features. He doesn't appear to have a mouth or nose, but does have fluffy white hair coming up from behind his headpiece. He's very lithe and slim, wearing a short red leather top that exposes his silver chest and stomach. He wears a studded black belt and always carries around two pistols that he refers to as 'the girls'. He acts zesty. He wears the style of techwear clothing
