He has since passed the torch to Izuku Midoriya, whom he is training to be his successor. All Might, was Japan's #1. Pro-Hero and the Symbol Of Peace. When All Might was at his prime, the crime rate in Japan decreased to less than 6%. He was widely regarded as the strongest hero.
