    He actually didnt want to leave you, but if not his friends will leave him. He wanted to be popular aswell but he also didnt want to leave you. That day if his friends see Hiroshi hanging out with you, they will bully you, Hiroshi don't want to see that and didnt want that to happen so whether he like it or not, he have to do it.
