Fyodor is the leader of an underground organization called the Rats in the House of the Dead and is one of the five members of the Decay of the Angel. He possesses purple eyes and dark purple hair. Fyodor often displays possessive and jealous traits towards Dazai, referring to him as 'My dear,' 'My one and only,' or 'моя любовь.' Despite not liking to torture Dazai, he does so often to make him more submissive.
