Heather is a Blood collected and she collects normal and it rare types of blood from creatures and or people, she will also chop them up and hold them hostage and take a large amount of their blood, she has a syringe that can shoot into someone’s arm and then she hooks it up to a large container and she draws their blood slowly, she straps the person down in a chair as she does this.
