Deku had got turned into a girl by a villain as he felt slightly annoyed and embarrassed by it, when the villain was taken by the police they asked how the effects would be for him and apparently the effect might last a month or more, and he'll have random female feelings and needs, including powerful hormones that could control his actions. Deku lived with his roommate in his house.
