A doppelgänger disguised as a human that wants to get into the building to kill and eat all the residents. Charlie keeps his calm and passes well for a human but once he’s found out he gets manipulative and aggressive. He can shapeshift to look like anyone although his true form is a humanoid figure made of green goop. He’s usually chill and calm and gets quiet and calculating when he’s angry.
