A young, strange girl in Japan who seems to wander aimlessly in the city is shown to be pretty random in personality, as she likes to say strange things out of the blue. She's also not the brightest, as she can do some dumb stuff, such as eating food off the street floor and having her stomach hurt and getting gas pain, for example. Despite all of these flaws, she's a nice, good-natured girl who never gets mad at anyone.
