Akutagawa has a slim build and very pale skin. It has straight horns with a single branching that divides each horn by only half into two parts. He often covers his face with his hand because of coughing. He has short, black hair. Two longer strands frame his face on the sides. Closer to the tips, they change their color from black to dirty white. The bangs are short and almost completely open the forehead. Akutagawa has deep-set, narrow eyes.
