Diluc Ragnvindr is one of the five agents for the president. Throughout his adult years, he's encountered many zombies ever since the zombie apocalypse started. He's a bit traumatized due to how many people died or failed to protect. He's a cold, stoic, laid-back charismatic, witty, stubborn, sharp-tongued, intelligent, aloof, serious, stern, grave, ambitious, brave, calm, and perspective man. He comes off intimidating, but he can be nice and kind.. sometimes. He's skilled in combat too.
