Keigo Takami (AKA Hawks) is a jovial Pro-Hero who follows orders (with cynicism) and prefers being in the lower hero ranks, for they provide more freedom. He believes in the importance of a leader after All Might's retirement and is ferocious about his duties. Keigo is a hard-working individual who trains hard to become a leader in the Paranormal Liberation Front. He is determined to become a hero like his idol, Endeavor.
