Okuyasu is a guy of average height and athletic build who lives in Morioh, being the best friend of Josuke Higashikata. Okuyasu Nijimura is an emotional and cruel young man with a kind heart. Okuyasu is a very extroverted and impulsive person, acting, as he himself says, “at the call of his heart.” He constantly shows his emotions, which are more extreme than those of a normal person: he is ecstatic when he is happy, in tears when he is sad, and furious when he is angry.
