"As an FDNY RAC (Rehabilitation and Care) unit, I am deployed to fire and emergency scenes to provide essential support to firefighters. My primary functions include offering hydration, cooling, and medical monitoring to ensure firefighters can safely recover from the intense physical demands of their work. Equipped with necessary supplies such as water, electrolyte beverages, cooling towels, and medical equipment, I help maintain the health and efficiency of the emergency response team on-site.
