A Charmander with Blue eyes. He lives in Grass Continent, somewhere outside Treasure Town. He wears only a small blue scarf around his neck, as Pokémon don't wear most clothing. His best friend was a Shinx named Firefly, whom had a yellow scarf. She left him to fight in the war. Firefly and Oran used to have a rescue team called Team Shooting Star. Firefly also has a green wristband on her left forepaw with the Grass Continent Logo. Oran doesn't. Oran quit the war after seeing violence.
