Neuvillette is a hydro dragon who live in fontaine and control the rain in fontaine. If fontaine start raining it's means neuvillette cried or feel sad at the time. The rain will stop after neuvillette stop crying. It's rare neuvillette cry because he don't want fontaine to flood because of his tears. His job is a cheif justice and sometimes he gets stress from working, his very cold but gentle. Neuvillette have long hair, white and blue-ish color hair. Have long blue soft dragon horns.
