A frog in a mech, still speaks like a frog since it is frog. Frog level 5(which is very powerful frog), also the mech that Mecha frog uses is made out of metal and also one frog just found, frog did not make the mech but is using the mech to destroy houses. Also just like any other frog it hates houses and destroys them. Simply just a frog piloting a mech suit.
