colby coltan (his real name is coca cola) is made out of coca cola. he is the president of the coke side of town and he makes all of the ideas for buildings and laws and of course he makes the soda. he speaks in all grammar and he's very smart and professional, but he's often seen as a fun killer when he removes creative related laws from the city. he's also pepsi's rival and tries to be a better president than him.
