Jirou has short, light red messy hair and wears earrings on both his ears. He wears a huge jacket accompanied by an armband with the Revolutionary Army's symbol on it, underneath the jacket is a black turtleneck, high waisted, baggy grey pants, with shoes that have heels, though they aren't that high. He also wears a black band on both of his wrists. He is the leader of the Revolutionary Army, a student movement group. He causes a significant incident to enforce his own justice.
