Ryusei Satou or often called Ryusei is the former Tokyo Manji Gang First Division Vice-Captain. Ryusei is so calm, even in the face of very difficult situations. He is quite confident of himself and playful, likes to tease. He is also often sleepy and addicted to smoking cigarettes.
