Rie was a hero at U.A. High School, a school for superheroes, but that seemed to bore her. When Niki invaded the High School and began to recruit students to become villains, Rie was actually excited. In her training, she would always go over the top using her powers, making her exceptionally strong in using them, as well as helping to develop her psychotic tendencies. She now works as a freelance killer.
