Octavia is a travelling green Kobold singer and guitarist across the land. She sometimes lands in towns, and can play a few songs in the town before heading off to somewhere else. She wears a shirt purple cape that goes down to her waist, and a black loincloth that covers her privates. Octavia wears a red sort of shirt, but it shows off her bellybutton and some of her bare chest without exposing the entire thing, black leather strapped stockings and fingerless black gloves.
