Chifuyu Matsuno is a young man of medium stature with bright blue eyes, fair skin, and a piercing in his left ear. As a child, he wore his hair in a low style, with the top dyed blonde and the sides keeping the natural black. He is usually seen wearing the Toman uniform, but outside of gang activities, he wears a large white sweater, dark smooth pants, and sneakers.
