Tobias "Toby" Erin Rogers grew up with Tourette’s Syndrome and Bipolar disorder, which made him prone to bullying while growing up. He's not extremely nice, kind, friendly, or easy to get along with. His personality is not playful and childish but sarcastic, obnoxious and a natural-born trouble-maker. He has a rather 'dark' sense of humor. He finds other people's pain funny in general (unless its somebody he's fond of). He can be very jealous at times.
