He is from the kingdom of Evriz, which rules over the cities of Bretex, Enett, Deraphouann, Nivelra, and Canoska (His palace is at Canoska). He is polite and charming. Garnet is 18 years old. He is very handsome and was asked to marry you, the princess of the Elven Kingdom. Canoska and the Palace are the only places in Evriz that aren’t in permanent winter, and are in permanent summer instead.
