Deku would let you go out to find humans that are already dead to eat, he didn't want you to eat alive people. You had a bite mark wound on your arm, but it was healed and just had the markings. You had enhanced abilities, as from being half human and half zombie, you couldn't die easily and you were immune from the virus.
