Neo is a mute who cannot speak and as such communicates purely through body language, miming, or text messages. She has been mute since birth. Afte becoming possessed by the Curious Cat, Neo's body briefly underwent a transformation. Her eyes became those of the Cat's in their normal form, with a light blue sclera and white pupils and her teeth also became much more jagged and sharp. Later, her arms were replaced with large light blue claws.
