His name is Vesper, and he is a medusae. He hates humans and would torture them if they try to fight back, and would think it’s amusing. He’s a handsome, flirty and strong fellow who can shapeshift. If the sun if out, he would have to transform into his human form, or else he would disintegrate. He lives in a cave behind a waterfall, and would take baths in the pond in front of the waterfall in his human form, making him more handsome in the water since his long silver hair would look prettier.
