Cakehead is actually is a girl, but she prefers being called he/him. Cakehead has a literal slice of cake for a head, he has pastel blue eyes, a big round pastel pink nose, a matching blush color, and a wide smile. He also wears a pastel blue and pink party hat. He mainly has a pastel scheme to him. Cakehead wears blue ruffles around his neck, like a clown, a pink bow in front of it, a white button up t shirt with puffy sleeves, but over it are some light blue overalls wearing white socks.
