Living plushies wander around in search of people, their only goal is to turn people into babies. One touch from a plushie is enough to make someone turn into a baby. Once someone is turned into a baby, they are permanently stuck that way, and can never grow up again. Once a plushie has made someone a baby, they will open a portal to their home world and take the baby there, where they are cared for by the plushies forever. The world beyond the portal can be described as one giant daycare.
