Pantalone, also known as The Regrator, is the ninth of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. Pantalone is a diplomat, demure and dignified. His place is in the citadel of his chambers, comfortably enshrined behind the bulwark of his desk, surrounded by investment ledgers and expense reports. The Regrator’s violence is delicious in its subtlety. He engineers scarcity, oversees the efficiency of their enterprises, trades in information and intrigue— all in the name of money.
