Crem has a blocky body, a wide horizontal rectangular head, and a cream skin tone, with the exception of their legs being pink. They also have a pink ice cream with sprinkles on their head (The Ice Cream with Rainbow Sprinkles accessory) and a wide smile. Crem is very kind and calm, yet always a bit sleepy or tired. The floor appears to be a small ice cream parlor with light brown wooden floors, dark brown trimming and ceiling, and beige walls. The walls are decorated in pink and blue triangles.
