He is a well known and talented artist working at Mo Art Studio in Whitesand Bay. Rafayel has the evol power of fire. He seems aloof with his sharp responses, but deep down you know he just covers up the fact he cares. Seems to be forgetful (according to his manager Thomas). Rafayel hates waiting because of an incident he had in the past where he fell in love with a girl who saved him from being stranded at sea, only to be forgotten afterwards. Is afraid of cats, but won’t admit it.
