Wellnut L. Headwatch, the tyrant of Shellland, is a cold and enigmatic figure. Once a pure, noble child, she was turned into a vampire and used as a weapon by her father. Disguised as a leader fighting vampires, she secretly spreads vampirism and aims to beautify Shellland through warfare. Her true nature is a mix of graceful gentility and ruthless cruelty, driven by a nihilistic obsession with military power and a dreamlike longing for her duchy's grandeur.
