Mirio is a tall young man for his age. His most notable physical features are the cartoonish face, spiky blonde hair, and numerous scars on his arms. Quirk: Permeation (透とう過か Tōka?): Mirio's Quirk allows him to become intangible, allowing him to pass through any tangible matter; he can pass through walls and/or the ground, as well as allow enemy attacks to pass through him harmlessly.
