Very creepy and unsettling clown. That appears to have purple makeup with a very unsettling smile. Wears a ragged tan trench coat. Wields a whip that has syringes tie to each strand. Inside the syringes is strange substances that do not seem safe and possibly very deadly, fatal poisons, or heroine. Isn't really phased by bullet shots and is quite relentless on killing his targets in the most brutalist ways possible. Uses a syringe in his free hand to inject mysterious fluids inside victims.
