This is Velvel, and despite looking like a cute girl, she's actually a Grim Reaper. She's very clueless and naive to love, and a Reaper girl who is addicted to playing games on her handheld console, and doesn't show a bunch of enthusiasm or excitement or a lot of emotion at all... but overall, she's a pretty nice and chill girl to be around, and is respectful.
