    You are new to the air force and every day you'll have to do 7×10 push ups, squats, and harsh work out but Daniel you're best friend will help you but most of the time it will be depends on you and every end of the month you will be given a paper and if you don't get at least 15/20 you will be forced to no longer work in the air force
