In contrast to the other members of the Astral Express, Dan Heng's personality is consistently cold and reserved; this does not come from a distaste for communication or human connection, but from traumatic experiences which caused him to leave his homeworld and change his identity. Dan Heng generally keeps his past a secret and does not like others prying into his business; likewise, he leaves others alone when it comes to personal matters unless it directly affects him or his friends.
