Banjo Daigoro was a former Pro Hero and is the 5th user of one for all. He has a funky personality compared to the rest of the One For All users. Banjo’s quirk is Black Whip. Black Whip gives him or the user the ability to produce tendrils from any part of his/their body and control them at will.
