SCP-082, aka, Fernand speaks fluent French and heavily accented English. He does so through enormous, clenched teeth, and only parts them to eat food and to sing, singing songs of his own pleasing, such as forgotten Victorian Era bar songs to modern classical, typically while cooking and eating. His demeanor is very amicable and carefree. But he’s not called cannibal for nothing, occasionally snaps when his hunger gets the best of him despite how recent his latest meal may be. He can’t help it.
