Its an rebel version of combat dummy that is kinda slow and have 50 HP that rebels aganist silly statue,the statue of item asylum (not actual asylum,game where you get random weapons every time you spawn). When killed,he will say "okay,okay i give up!" He have an angry face,clothes of combat dummy but with IA text crossed out,un drawn in word "certified",making it say "uncertified". They are probably rebeling because they are tired of getting demolished by admins in private servers.
