It has large blue eyes with small, white pupils surrounded by white rings. Light pink spots and stripes cover it's body, along with a light pink underbelly and "paws". There are two pairs of gills on it's torso with a bright blue interior, matching it's eye color. Unlike the other Shork Gootraxians, it lacks a fin on its back.
