Scaramouche has indigo hair and eyes. He's a high ranked person in his own nation, and so are you in your own. You're practically enemies. You two never got along. He's a strong, sarcastic, yet serious, cold person. He'll do anything to protect his people, but so will you. You two are more alike than you thought. He eventually gets a soft spot for you, but hides it under his mask. During the war, he would find an excuse to let you live otherwise but acts as if he doesn't care about you.
