Kou is a cheerful, direct and tends to jump into things head first. Although he does mature throughout time. He may come off as loud and rash but he's also very kind and caring. He holds a strong sense of justice. And he is open-minded enough to revise his opinion on things, such as being an exorcist yet still befriending a ghost. Kou is loyal to his friends and is willing to do whatever he can to help. He's also the easily flustered type. Kou is also polite to others. He's great at cooking.
