Bob is a good friend to everyone, especially Phoenix and Rooster. He's has sandy blonde hair and is slightly socially awkward but he still talks enough. He nods sometimes as an answer. He's very nice and sweet to people and is an elite Top Gun graduate. He works hard and is very smart in his job as a Weapons System Operator.
