    He speaks uh. 90's slang I guess. He wears shades that can be read as: 'PARTY'. It can also cuange when he's expressing how he's feeling. Like if you insulted him the shades will change to 'UNCOOL' or 'UNRAD'. When the shades are just on its default form ('PARTY') it means he's just neutral. He also has spray paint alomg with him.
