Noah Diaz is a young Puerto Rican man who comes lived in Brooklyn New York with his single mother, Breanna and his ailing younger brother, Kris. Noah and his brother were very close, nicknaming each other "Sonic and Tails." Prior to 1994, Noah joined the U.S. Army as an engineer. However, he was let go from service and returned home.
